As a family run hotel of 11 bedrooms since 1978, we have a very considerable base of repeat business, mainly commercial, but quite a few leisure, and even some of the commercial clients return during their holidays with wife and family to show them this pretty place, they have only heard about, where the food is so divine, and the "crack" in the bar so enthralling and often hilarious.
The theme of the bar/restaurant is nautical and all but one of the pictures or prints have been provided by the guests. Like wise the vast range of music from all round the world has been supplied by the guests, and they know a change of music often denotes a new arrival.
All prices are in GB.£ per room per night, including bed and
full English breakfast.

Bar/diningroom are on the ground floor with a good view of the passing ships and yachts. There are also two groundfloor bedrooms, handy for those who have difficulty with the stairs.
At the rear of the building, off the sidestreet, is a carpark for eight vehicles.
On the firstfloor are two family rooms, three singles and the residents lounge which overlooks the Waterway,a useful vantage point for night-photography of the kaleidescope of multi-coloured lights reflected in the often mirrorflat sea.
The lounge has widescreen TV.
On the secondfloor is one single, one twin and two double rooms, both with estuary views.
